Okay, your gamma is done and you know how to present it. Now let's talk about sharing it with other people—whether that's teammates who need to collaborate, or an audience who just needs to view it.
Sharing Settings
This is your sharing hub.
You've got a few different options here depending on what you need.
Permission Levels
View
People can see your gamma, but they can't edit or comment
Comment
They can leave comments on specific cards, but can't change anything
Edit
They can change content, design, everything
Full Access
This is for your workspace members only. They can do everything Edit can do, and edit the sharing permissions.
No Access
They can't see it at all (useful for revoking access later)
For most situations, you'll use View or Edit. Comment is handy when you want feedback without giving full editing rights.
Sharing with Teammates
If you're in a workspace with teammates, you can share directly with them.
Type their name or email, set the permission level, and they'll get access immediately. If they're already in your workspace, they'll see it in their dashboard automatically.
Public Links — Sharing Outside Your Workspace
If you want to share with someone who's not in your workspace—like a client or external partner—just copy this link.
Anyone with this link can view your gamma. It's read-only by default, which is what you usually want for external sharing.
Password Protection
If you're sharing something sensitive, you can add a password.
Set the password here, and anyone who tries to open the gamma will need to enter it first. Send them the password separately, and you're good.
Web Discoverability
If you want your gamma to show up in Google search results, toggle this on. Most of the time you'll leave this off, but if you're publishing something publicly—like a blog post or a portfolio piece—this helps people find it.
Advanced Sharing — Custom Domains (Pro)
If you're on the Pro plan and you've published your gamma as a website, you can connect a custom domain.
Instead of yourname.gamma.site, you can use your own domain like brewbox.com. Gamma walks you through the setup—it's pretty straightforward.
Removing the "Made with Gamma" Badge
Removing the "Made with Gamma" badge:
On a Free plan, anything you share will say Made with Gamma in the corner. You can upgrade to any of our paid plans to make it disappear.
Collaboration in Action
When multiple people are editing the same gamma at the same time, you'll see their avatars at the top. You can see what card they're on, and changes show up in real time.
Analytics (Pro Feature)
If you're on Pro, you can see how people are engaging with your gamma.
Unique Viewers
How many people have seen it
Cards Viewed
How far people are getting through your deck
Time Spent Per Card
Which cards people are spending the most time on
Percentage of Views Per Card
Which cards are getting skipped
This is great for understanding what's resonating and what's not. If everyone's bouncing after card three, you know you need to rework that section.
📌 Your Turn:

Click Share and set different permission levels—try View, then Edit
Copy the public link and open it in an incognito window to see what others see
Note: you'll receive an email the first time someone views your gamma, which is a great way to verify that you've shared it successfully
If you're working with teammates, share it with someone and have them leave a comment
